1. Introduction

Welcome to Zeetius Tournaments (the "Platform"), a digital service operated by iCore Pioneer Business Solution Pvt Ltd under its Zeetius brand ("Zeetius", "we", "our", or "us"). Zeetius Tournaments is a platform provided by Zeetius under the company iCore Pioneer Business Solution Pvt Ltd, and these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform, including any related content, features, or services. By creating an account, browsing tournaments, registering for events, or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Zeetius provides tools that connect independent tournament organizers with players and teams. Zeetius is only a facilitator; we do not own, operate, control, or manage any tournaments listed on the Platform. Each tournament is solely organized and administered by the respective organizer, who is entirely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and for delivering the promised event experience.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an organizer account. Players younger than 18 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate in events. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Role of Zeetius

Zeetius provides a neutral venue and software services that allow organizers to publish tournaments, manage registrations, and receive payments from participants. Zeetius does not sponsor, endorse, or guarantee any tournament. Communications, promises, schedules, prizes, and rule enforcement are exclusively between the organizer and the participants. Any disputes relating to a tournament, including eligibility decisions, scheduling changes, prize fulfillment, or refunds, must be resolved directly with the organizer.

4. Organizer Terms

By listing a tournament or accepting registrations through the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide about the tournament (including dates, venue, format, prizes, and contact details) is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• You possess all licenses, permits, facilities, and approvals required to lawfully host the event and to award any advertised prizes.
• You will communicate promptly with registered participants about material changes or requirements.
• You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, federation rules, and venue policies.
• No fake events, fraudulent listings, or deceptive practices are permitted. Zeetius reserves the right to suspend your account, report suspicious activity to authorities, pursue legal action, and seek recovery of damages if fraud is detected.
• Zeetius may withhold, freeze, or claw back payouts (including registration fees and prize funds) if we have reason to suspect or confirm fraudulent conduct, chargebacks, unlawful activity, or a breach of these Terms. Funds may be held until investigations conclude and Zeetius, in its sole discretion, determines the appropriate resolution.
• If you cancel a tournament, you must initiate full refunds to all affected players or teams within a reasonable time and provide written confirmation to both the participants and Zeetius.

Organizers authorize Zeetius to display tournament information, process participant payments through third-party payment processors, and deduct applicable Platform fees as described at the time of listing. Organizers are responsible for all taxes, charges, and reporting obligations arising from their events.

5. User and Player Terms

Players, teams, parents, and spectators who browse or register through the Platform acknowledge that Zeetius is a facilitator and not the owner, host, or operator of any tournament. Participation is subject to the organizer’s rules, eligibility criteria, and decisions. Before registering, review all tournament information and communicate directly with the organizer if you require clarification.

Registration fees and prize distributions are administered by the organizer. Zeetius does not hold player funds on a trust basis and is not responsible for organizer defaults. Refunds and chargebacks are the organizer’s responsibility. Zeetius may, at its discretion, assist with communication or payment facilitation, but the final obligation to issue or deny a refund lies with the organizer.

6. Payments and Fees

Payments processed through the Platform may be subject to service fees, taxes, currency conversion costs, or payment processor charges. You authorize Zeetius and its payment partners to debit or credit your designated accounts for the amounts necessary to complete registrations, prizes, adjustments, or refunds. Zeetius is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment networks.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by uploading malicious code, scraping data without consent, infringing intellectual property, harassing participants, or violating any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for conduct that, in our sole judgment, is unlawful, abusive, or detrimental to the community.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Zeetius does not guarantee that tournaments will occur as scheduled or that organizers will fulfill their obligations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeetius is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to any tournament or your use of the Platform.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, Zeetius’ liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeetius, its directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your tournaments, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent behavior, or created risk or legal exposure for Zeetius or the community. You may close your account at any time by contacting support, but you remain responsible for any outstanding obligations to organizers, players, or Zeetius.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
